1.- Understanding these Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions, together with the information and policies contained on the website http://www.alcanda.es, and any other documents referred to in these terms and conditions, set out the legal terms that apply to your use of our website http://www.alcanda.es and the other services that we provide. Please note that in order to make purchases through our site you must be over 18 years of age.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully ensuring that you understand them, before using our Services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to use the Services and you should leave the Website. By continuing to use the Website or by ordering products, we will assume your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.- Orders: To place an order please follow these steps: Click to add an article to “My Shopping Bag”, this article will be added to your shopping bag along with previously selected items. To complete the check-out process and to confirm an order, you must click : “accept terms and conditions”. Your order is subject to the Terms and Conditions which are outlined in the contract between yourself and Alcanda & Clifford, S.L. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to buy products you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years of age, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.

The Website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before sending it. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process as you are wholly responsible for ensuring that the information you provide and/or select is accurate. (for example, the correct products, quantities, size, colour, etc.).

4.- Order confirmation: Alcanda will confirm acceptance of your order via email. The sale is not complete until Alcanda & Clifford, SL have confirmed the order. This confirmation will normally be via e-mail.

Alcanda reserve the right not to confirm an order for any reason, should it be necessary. For example, but not exclusively, should we encounter issues with product supply, distribution problems, fulfilment of order, or any abnormal unforeseeable problems.

The ownership of the goods is not completely transferred to the client from Alcanda & Clifford, S.L. until the monies due by the customer, have cleared, in the event that the payment is by bank transfer.

5.- Delivery conditions: The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered by this date but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control. In this instance, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered at the earliest date possible, but we will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such delay.

Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The delivery should not, in any circumstances, take more than 15 days. In the unusual event that delivery time is delayed beyond 15 days we will offer the client the option of cancellation with a full refund. Compensation is not applicable.

If no one is available to take delivery at your given address, our delivery partner will leave you a note and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery.

The customer will choose the place of receipt of the goods at the time of ordering. Alcanda & Clifford reserves the right to use all necessary means to carry out the delivery of the products to the address indicated by the customer. By accepting the General Conditions, the customer agrees to pay any import duties, where applicable, upon receipt of the products.

International Delivery

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws.

6.- Pricing and availability : The prices advertised on the Website for products within Europe are inclusive of VAT applied in Spain. Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs will vary depending on the products that you have ordered and your delivery address. The delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed on the Website before you place your order (and are included in the "Total Cost" amount shown on the order summary page). Confirmation of your order indicates acceptance of these charges.

Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. We will notify you during the checkout process if import duties are included or should be paid upon receipt of the products. If not included, we cannot predict the charges as we have no control over the amounts charged. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please note that in the event you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.

8.- Shipping: Where applicable the cost of shipping will be calculated automatically and displayed at the checkout. Delivery costs for putchases up 1.000 € are free.

You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email, and you can also check the status in your ‘My Account’ section.

Alcanda is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. From that point it is not possible to cancel your order, however you may return purchases. If your order has not been processed and no confirmation email has been received, you may still cancel by emailing us.

Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team from Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm (GMT).

In instances when delivery is not possible for reasons beyond our control, Alcanda & Clifford reserve the right to levy a charge of 15€ (VAT included) to cover our costs.

9.- Products: In all P.O.S. ( point of sale) material we make every attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, as the descriptions are based on information provided to us by our providers, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions are totally accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. The images of the products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we attempt to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights.

The products sold by Alcanda are supplied for your domestic and private use only. You agree that you not will not use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes.

10.- Our liability to you in relation to the Services : If, in providing the Services to you, we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time you started using the Services.

11.- Payment : We accept the follow payment methods: Visa, American Express, Master Card, Cheques and Bank Transferences.

Once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for delivery, we will email you confirmation of this.

We reserve the right not to submit your order if, for example, the product ordered is out of stock, has been withdrawn or is otherwise not available, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g. you are under 18).

12.- Returns Policy : Please take the time to read the Returns Policy on our "Returns and Refunds". If you are a consumer you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection. This means that, during a certain period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep the products, you can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund.

13.- Our Website : This section sets out the rules that apply to your use of the Website (whether or not you use it to order products or just to browse). By using the Website, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree to these rules, you are not permitted to use the Website and you should leave it immediately.

The Website is made available free of charge. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions, and that they comply with them.

Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis and it does not include any commercial use of the Website or its contents. You must not reproduce, copy and/or exploit the Website for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website without notice and, from time to time, we may restrict access to all or parts of the Website. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

When you visit the Website and/or submit an order, you are communicating with us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we send to you electronically (whether on our behalf or on behalf of the Partner Boutiques) satisfy any legal requirement that same communications be in writing.

Once returning items have been received, Alcanda agree to reimburse the amounts paid to the customer within a maximum of 30 days.

Entire agreement - These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and they supersede any and all earlier agreements between you and us.
